hard to say with what you tell us about them……plus they are very very tricky, what is you annual max benifit for the first???
you dont say so i cant tell…it could be really low…and that would suck
the 2nd one say it will only pay 750 tops. and you pay 60% of the bill what ever it is before they pay anything… but that could be better than the first one….because you dont tell me really anything about the first one other than the monthly payments.
saving percents and discount persents are pretty meaningless because each persons situation is different and the laws of the earth mandate that if you have a problem, it wont be one that is like everyone elses and it wont be a discounted one.
read and reread the fine print, they will try to mislead and trick and decieve and use all manner of subterfuge to get you to sign up. remember their only goal is to make you pay as much as possible while dividing it into as complicated and convaluted way possible so that it makes you confused And deny every single thing they possibly can so you stay poor and sick and they get richer and richer! read and re-read and read again!

you need to sit your children down and talk very seriously with them and tell them that you can if you want to cut their visits out with their father, because he is neglectful and don't make them bat and wash up and that they know that they have to be clean. let them know that they are the children and not the adults and that they don't tell anybody what to do. they don't try to control you or their father because you al are the adults. and then you need to talk to your ex and explain to him that he has to take better care of them when they are at his house or you will take him back to court and not let him see them until he straighten himself out with their care when they are with him. and put your foot down and don't let them run over you if you don't soon you will not be able to do anything with them for sure. let them know whose boss.

it depends on each case, BUT they take into account what you make and your outgoings and then take into account HER income and out goings an they make a judgment based off of that.
The whole issue of her working or not is really a moot one, for instance she can then start slamming you for child care fees etc etc some times it is not cost effective for her to work AND really do you want some stranger watching your babies???? IF of course the kids are in school then she should have her happy butt in work period.
BTW what you pay bi weekly was more than I got per month for 2 children and he never even paid it, so HOPEFULLY you have good chance of getting it lowered.

u will only get BAH if you dont have on post housing.if you live on post they deduct the BAH out of his pay.. you get nothing more for having any children..everything is based on if he has dependents or not.. 1 or 10 doesnt matter how many..BAS is an allowance for food for the SM only its not meant to cover cost of food for the household.. you will get medical for free and dental is a sm fee everymonth and you have to sign up for it seperatly, they will not pay for your move because he is already there and you are an aquired dependent.. but if he gets orders to go somewhere else PCS. .they will pay for it then, you will get an ID that will give you access to the commissary and such.
edit.. as far as taking care of all the paperwork.. you wont do anything he has to be the one to handle it all..

and once u are married and submit all the paperwork for BAH donet expect it right away it will take 30-45 days to kik in but it will be backdated to the date of marriage and you cant request it or anything else untill you have the certified marriage cert back
