As long as you have your medicaid card with you they can't refuse to see him. Some offices do refuse to see you even though your medicaid is processing, happened to me. But after I got my card everything went back to normal. They accepted to see me during my pregnancy. If you're looking for an OB you have to call the office and ask them if they accept medicaid if they do then make an appointment. Your son won't be refused though so don't worry.
Oh and with medicaid everything is free so you wouldn't have to pay for anything.
You should be able to choose "obstetrician/gynecologist" in the type of doctor field. If that doesn't work, just call the number on the back of your card and they can fax/email you a list or guide you through online.
