A Miami-Dade family court judge lashed out at state DCF investigator after learning that dep’t officials failed to immediately respond to hints from an 11YO boy that two of his adopted siblings were being abused by their parents. At a hearing Wednesday, a DCF investigator who went out to Carmen + Jorge Barahona’s western Miami-Dade County home twice since Feb 10 told Judge Cindy Lederman that the couple’s autistic son Jorge may have tried to tell her that something was wrong with 10YO twins Victor + Nubia.
